Service Schedule & Cancellation

❗A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations of one-time or occasional cleaning services.
❗For subscription-based services (recurring cleanings), a 5-day notice before the start of the next billing cycle is required for cancellation.
❗Cancellations ade at least 15 days before the start of the month will be considered a 15-day subscription. If the 15-day window has passed, cancellations for that month will not be accepted.
Payment
- Payment Methods: We accept UPI, debit card, credit card, online payments, and cash.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of each service unless other arrangements are made in writing.

Customer Responsibilities
- Pet Safety: The Customer is solely responsible for the safety and security of their pets during the cleaning service.
- Property Access: The Customer shall ensure that the Property is accessible to Broomstick’s cleaning personnel during the scheduled service time.
- Property Security: The Customer is responsible for the security of the Property and its contents during the cleaning service.
- Valuables: The Customer is responsible for securing any valuable items before the cleaning service. Broomstick is not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables.
- Accessibility: The Customer shall ensure that all areas to be cleaned are accessible to cleaning personnel.
Liability
Broomstick shall not be liable for any damages or losses to the Property or its contents, unless caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Broomstick or its employees.
Customer Satisfaction
Broomstick strives for customer satisfaction. If the Customer is not satisfied with the cleaning service, they must notify Broomstick within 24 hours of the service for consideration of a re-clean.
Data Privacy
Broomstick respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We will only collect and use your personal information as necessary to provide and improve our services, and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Broomstick provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Broomstick makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of its services or the information, content, materials, or products included on its website.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Broomstick be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Waiver

Broomstick and its employees are independent contractors and not employees or agents of the Customer.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Broomstick reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
Emergency Contact Information
The Customer shall provide Broomstick with an emergency contact number in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Termination of Service
Broomstick reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and refuse service to the Customer in the event of:
- Repeated violations of this Agreement by the Customer
- Safety concerns for Broomstick's employees
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond Broomstick's control
User Agreement
By accessing or using this website, placing an order for cleaning services, or otherwise interacting with Broomstick, the User acknowledges and agrees to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide accurate and complete information to Broomstick.
